CIRCL - Request for Hardware Services (2024-01)

The scope of the RfP is the supply and delivery of hardware services. The candidate supplier must submit an offer for a single package. The candidate supplier can select the package for which they wish to bid. The RfP falls into the category of ‘MARCHÉS PUBLICS DE FAIBLE ENVERGURE’.

  • The supplier must be able to provide services for HPE DL160 Gen10 4208 1P 16G 8SFF Svr servers.
  • The supplier must be able to deliver the services before April 21, 2024.
  • The supplier must be able to deliver the services until April 21, 2025.
  • The hardware services must be composed of:
    • Coverage of parts, labor, and travel.
    • Commitment type such as response time.
    • The range of the coverage period: From Monday to Friday, with the exception of legal public holidays.
    • The minimum coverage range is from 9:00 to 17:00.
    • The target response time is the next business day.
    • The availability of spare parts should be described.

Bid submission

The offers are to be submitted to info@circl.lu before the 16th February 2024 12:00 CEST in ASCII or PDF format. The offer proposal must be separated per package. The offer must be in EURO. The offer must include the references: CIRCL/RFP 2024-01 - project: 101127921 — NGSOTI.

Selection criteria

  • (1) Compliance with specifications;
  • (2) Pricing;
  • (3) Past performance of the bider concerning technical capabilities and experience with the listed tools;
  • (4) Understanding of Open Source methodologies including collaboration and community management;
  • (5) Compliance with existing open source licensing;
